We are proud to welcome four members who were recently elected to the IOCP Board of Directors. They are Angela Lewis-Dmello, MSW, LICSW, Jeff Page, Jessie Sorensen and Cephas Williams, Jr.

Angela Lewis-Dmello, MSW, LICSW is the President & CEO of Northeast Youth and Family Services (NYFS), a community based mental health and social service nonprofit dedicated to ensuring access to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care in Suburban Ramsey County. Angela was a Community Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Minnesota School of Social Work from 2012 – 2021 and owns a training and consulting practice in Minnesota which works with public, not-for-profit, and private organizations focused on trauma-informed care, trauma treatment interventions, and organizational management of secondary/vicarious trauma. Angela has a background in trauma therapy, behavioral health administration, program development and evaluation, clinical training and supervision, and community-based participatory research (CBPR).
“I am excited to join the Interfaith Outreach board because of the high-quality, intentional, and compassionate care that IOCP provides to our community through critical, life-changing services that help individuals and families reduce barriers to attaining safety and stability.”
Jeff Page is a retired business executive, having worked at General Mills, Cargill, and Capella. Jeff has been on the board of the Jeremiah Program and Wayzata Community Church and served as a volunteer in the community as a soccer coach and in the Wayzata Public Schools. A resident of Plymouth, Jeff and his wife Heather have three adult children.

Jessie Sorensen is Founder and Principal of Ostlund Sorensen Strategies, a strategic communications practice serving nonprofit, philanthropic and civic organizations. Jessie has held leadership roles across public, private and nonprofit sectors, drawing on decades of executive leadership, crisis communications, fundraising, community relations, public affairs, media and events experience. Prior to founding Ostlund Sorensen Strategies, Jessie was a member of the executive team at Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis for nearly a decade, a role that provides valuable insight and appreciation for the important work IOCP does in our community. Jessie and her husband Brett live in Wayzata and have two young sons who attend Wayzata Public Schools.

Cephas Williams, Jr. works for Target Corporation as Vice President, Food and Beverage Store Operations. He has extensive background in change management, business leadership, human resources and operations and innovation. Cephas has a deep commitment to mentoring and has actively supported colleagues in their career development at all levels. He is also deeply committted to community and improving access to services for all that may seek it. Over the past several years, Cephas has played a pivotal role at Target in rebuilding communities, specifically the Lake Street Community. Cephas lives in Plymouth with his family.

Interfaith also recognizes the commitment of board members and leaders who transitioned off the board this year. We thank these amazing people who provided leadership over the years. An incredible amount of gratitude goes out to Welde Dubar, Joyce Hayden, Ben Johnson, Kate Knight, Susan MacHolda, Jessica Markkula, Jason McAthie, Jodi Olson, Robin Ritter, Tom Vanderheyden, and Rick Witucki.
