IOCP staff can help make sense of the housing market, housing options and assistance programs, and help you create a housing plan and put it into action. If you are experiencing changes in your housing circumstance and/or affordability, we can help you develop and implement a plan to re-establish housing stability.

Tenant Resource Connections – Supports Hennepin County residents who are at risk of eviction or homelessness
The Neighborhood Program brings IOCP services to housing communities in Plymouth and Medina. Staff are on-site and available to connect residents to IOCP services, support housing stability, create youth program access and build community connections.
Neighborhood Program staff are available in person and via phone, text and email. If you live in a housing community served by the Neighborhood Program and are not sure who to contact, please call the IOCP front desk at 763-489-7500.
The program’s on-site staff focus on:
Providing access to IOCP services – We can get you started, connect you to individual programs, answer questions and address anything that is getting in the way of you connecting to the services you need.
Housing stability – We can help address any challenges that are creating a risk to your housing.
Creating youth program access – We can provide financial scholarships so that youth have access to the range enrichment programs in the community. (Learn more.) We can also lead on-site youth programs when there is need and interest.
Building community connections – We can support events and activities that create connections among residents and between residents and important systems in the community (ex: schools).
Individual, family & financial stability – We are advocates who can help you solve problems, identify barriers, make plans, set and achieve stability goals
