A new member was elected to the Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners Board of Directors on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.
Deacon Rick Witucki has worked in Hennepin County since 1988 as a social worker, family court mediator/evaluator and probation officer. His experiences with clients have helped him further understand the role that poverty has on mental health as well as the cascading effect on drug abuse and crime. Rick believes that his clients deserve dignity and respect as they move to an outcome of health and stability. Rick has been a deacon at St. Bartholomew Church in Wayzata for over 26 years and deeply values the role faith plays in guiding moral actions. He holds IOCP in high esteem and understands its history and impact on the community.
