TECH TIP: How to Switch Between Windows on Your Computer Screen

Do you ever have a ton of windows open on your computer and can’t find the one window you need? Try this tip to quickly find any open window on your computer!

1. Hold down the ‘alt’ key on your keyboard
2. While still holding the ‘alt’ key, press the ‘tab’ key to flip between your open windows
3. Continue pressing ‘tab’ (while holding ‘alt’) to cycle through your open windows.
4. Release the ‘alt’ key when you have found the desired window, and it will instantly pop up on screen.

Bonus tip: Hold alt and press tab once to be taken back to your most recently visited window. Use this to flip back and forth between two windows with ease.
