
NOTICE: Interfaith Outreach will be closed the week of June 20-25, 2022 in order to provide staff time off. This week of rest is intended to help staff be at their best, provide high quality services and maintain a client-centric approach in our work. Check back for updates on how to access Interfaith or alternative staff and services during this time.
Interfaith Outreach works side-by-side with families in times of need. Our services include food, case management, emergency financial assistance, employment services and child care resources. If you or someone you know needs support please reach out.
If you live in Hamel, Long Lake, Medina, Minnetonka Beach, Orono, Plymouth west of 494 or Wayzata and have 1) never accessed Interfaith services or 2) haven’t seen us in over one year, please email us at clientintake@iocp.org or call us at 763-489-7500 to get started.
We will schedule an initial phone conversation with staff and will email you a few forms to sign in advance of the phone meeting. Please complete the forms and attach a photo of your picture identification (ID), and utility bill (heat, electric, etc.) dated within the last 30 days to confirm your address. These forms must be completed to begin receiving services.

Front Desk Hours
*Staff and volunteers are at the front desk to connect briefly (up to 15 minutes). A maximum of 6 guests can be in the lobby at one time. Masks are required and are available in the lobby. Learn more about what we offer during these hours.

Job Search Computer Lab
