IOCP clients are eligible to receive quality, no-cost clothing from our Resale Select thrift store.

Our Resale Select thrift store provides high quality clothes at low prices. IOCP clients with updated core documents can also shop for no-cost clothes every six months.

A referral from a Client Services staff member is required.

HOW IT WORKS

You may receive a referral from an IOCP staff member to visit the Resale Select store for items necessary for basic needs, at no cost, every six months.

• To get started, contact your IOCP staff person, such as your Case Manager or Neighborhood Program Case Manager. If you do not have an IOCP contact already, please email clientintake@iocp.org for a Resale Select referral.
• Once referred, this service is available for those with housing within our service area within 30 days of referral.
  • Shopping takes place Mon-Thurs. 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Fri. & Sat. 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Please check in with the cashier before shopping.
• Please be prepared with shirt, pant, shoe, and undergarment sizes (of all family members)
• Inventory varies and is dependent on generous donations by community members. Multiple visits are OK during 30-day referral  

WHAT’S AVAILABLE

Basic needs clothing is available at no charge – based on inventory – to IOCP Clients with updated core documents

• Choose from Men’s, Women’s, & Children’s Sizes
• Each member of your household can receive (every six months):
  • One Seasonal Jacket (spring/summer)
  • One Pair of Shoes
  • Shirts and Pants (up to 12 total)
  • New Undergarments
  • New Socks
• Brown Tag Items are excluded 
• Referral from an IOCP staff member is required
• Optional accessories (e.g. purse, jewelry) are available for purchase (paid by client)

• Furniture and household items such as bath towels, bedding, and kitchen items are available after a referral to Bridging
• Winter Coats Program (October-January)

HOW IT WORKS

• This is a special event – offered on the dates listed above – which replaces the “Client Bag Sale” of the past.
• Choose from racks of clothes for the whole family for no cost.
• Visit once per month, as needed. (Be sure you know your family’s needs/sizes.)
• Participation is limited and based on eligibility – which includes updated core documents, e.g. proof of address and photo ID – and available inventory. Please contact your Client Services primary staff member with questions.
• Some limitations will apply. Details will be posted at the event.
