Join Us at Discover Plymouth on March 22

Visit Interfaith Outreach (IOCP) and Resale Select at the upcoming Discover Plymouth event at the Plymouth Community Center on Saturday, March 22 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This free all-about-Plymouth event showcases the community and features local businesses, community groups, entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations. Along with the opportunity to get to know participating businesses and organizations, there will be an indoor marketplace. Among those vendors, Resale Select thrift store will have a pop-up store on-site, giving attendees a chance to see the quality and variety of items that come into the store via community donations.

Discover Plymouth attendees can talk with city staff and elected officials, preview upcoming recreation programming, and learn about city events, services, and more. New this year, the event will also include a young entrepreneur section for youth, ages 18 and younger, to showcase their products and services.

Also noted on the city of Plymouth’s website: Discover Plymouth includes activities for children, including inflatables, crafts and other attractions. A touch-a-truck exhibit will be available in the Plymouth Community Center parking lot, and attendees may explore a variety of large equipment and vehicles, courtesy of the Public Works Department, Parks & Forestry Division and Public Safety Department.
