Local businesses: You can participate in Shop with a Purpose 2024!

Shop with a Purpose (SWAP) is Interfaith Outreach’s fun annual event to celebrate the season of giving – while supporting your business and Interfaith Outreach’s services and programs. Last year, 17 generous local businesses helped raise more than $10,000!

Shop with a Purpose 2024 will take place over two days on Thursday, Dec. 12 and Friday, Dec. 13.

We are asking our partners to create an offer that could generate $100 or more to support Interfaith’s services and programs. Offers such as an amount per purchase or a percentage of the sales for in-store, online or gift cards tend to be both successful and easy to track.  We fully support putting a cap on your donation total.

Sign up by Friday, Oct. 25 to take advantage of this year’s SWAP publicity:

• Postcard mailing to thousands of local residents including your business name

• Postings on the Interfaith website and in social media and e-newsletters seen by thousands of families in our community

• Promotion in the Wayzata Chamber online newsletter

• Poster to display at your place of business on December 12th and 13th

• Shop with a Purpose Day logo, flyer pdf and social media assets for your communications/promotions
