Interfaith was recently named one of the Star Tribune’s 2023 Top Workplaces for the first time in the organization’s 44-year history.
This is especially rewarding because the scores came from Interfaith’s own employees.
While I would happily accept this award any year, the timing feels especially right as we double down on our 2022-2025 Strategic Plan and our mission to help local families and individuals reach their full potential.
The Interfaith team is working hard to make our clients the center of everything we do.
We’re evolving as we respond to increased and ever-changing client and community need.
We’re measuring the impact we have on the lives of neighbors like Luul, who visits our food shelf and shared with us: “It’s like a family friend that you can (visit) whenever you feel like you needed something. I know I’m not going to get judged.”
We’re walking side-by-side thousands of west metro residents like Luul to ensure their basic needs are met, to help them stabilize, and to encourage them to reach for the top – to reach their full potential – by offering support and guidance.
You’re helping us make it all happen. Thank you for traveling the path with us.
With gratitude,
Kevin Ward
Executive Director
