How to Get Started

New or Past Clients

If you’re a new or past client (e.g. it’s been more than a year since you’ve used our services) AND you reside in our service area, email us at clientintake@iocp.org or call us at 763-489-7500 to schedule an initial phone conversation with staff.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • Prior to your scheduled phone meeting, we will email you a few forms (core documents) to e-sign which must be completed to begin receiving services.
  • Please complete the forms and attach
    • a photo of your picture identification (ID)
    • utility bill (heat, electric, etc.) dated within the last 30 days or a lease to confirm your address.

Food Shelf Guests:  We welcome guests (by appointment only) regardless of address. If you have specific question, please leave a message with our Food Shelf Experience Coordinator Team at 763-489-7534 or email foodshelf@iocp.org.

If you’re a current or recent client (e.g. have used our services in the past year), please visit the Services pages of our website for information specific to your needs. To get started on any IOCP service, please contact your IOCP staff person, such as your Case Manager or Neighborhood Program Case Manager. If you do not have an IOCP contact already, please email clientintake@iocp.org, or call 763-489-7500.
