Executive Director, Kevin Ward
With integrity, authenticity, excellence, discipline and a focus on building relationships, Kevin Ward has led IOCP as its Executive Director since December 2020. Calling IOCP “the place of most potential,” Kevin is guiding the organization through a multi-year strategic plan designed to get those they serve what they need when they need it in alignment with organizational mission, values and resources. By combining best practices from the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, the organization is developing a service delivery model with a renewed focus on placing the client at the center of the work. Before joining IOCP, Kevin spent more than two decades in business, ministry, nonprofit leadership, association management, coaching, and executive leadership. Kevin recharges through daily meditation, coaching youth sports, and watching his favorite sports teams play to win.
