Interfaith Outreach’s Prevent Hunger campaign is our annual drive to make real, significant progress toward ending food insecurity in our community by attacking hunger at its root causes – because it takes food and more to prevent hunger.

Your support not only provides Interfaith Outreach clients with access to nutritious, culturally-appropriate and hard-to-find food shelf items, it enables us to provide a range of employment and family support services that set people on the path to new and hopeful futures.

A human service nonprofit serving struggling families and individuals of the Twin Cities, Interfaith Outreach rallies the resources and ignites the community to ensure all families live their best lives, all children succeed, and the entire region prospers. Serving people living in Hamel, Long Lake, Medicine Lake, Medina, Minnetonka Beach, Orono, Plymouth and Wayzata since 1979.
